The Kerr Ranch is rich with agricultural history. Johnny and Bobbie Kerr came to Buckeye and built the dairy in 1974. The dairy milked cows until 2001. Since then, the Kerr Ranch has been home to the family's heifer/beef herd, an occasional flock of sheep, and has maintained the buffalo herd Johnny started over 30 years ago. The property has large mature trees, a big front pasture, and a picturesque pond where many Buckeye youth have caught their first fish.
